Exchange & Return  

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Products purchased during any sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exclusions - if any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion, all items must be returned.

*this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.

Kindly contact us at cs@getcottoncandy.com or 021-38899741, before sending or returning any product. Products will be required to be delivered back to the same address they were shipped from which is mentioned on the packaging or can be confirmed from our customer service center. 

If you need advice before you return an item please call us on 021-38899741. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.

We can provide spare parts and repairs for damages which fall outside the scope of the guarantee depending on availability. Prices are quoted on an individual basis. Please contact stores or customer care for more details.

Refund:

Request for refund will take at least 15 working days to be processed starting from the date product is returned to cotton candy. Refunds in terms of cash will not be entertained.

In case of products that were delivered to your address or picked from one of the stores via cash-on-delivery, the refund will be made through bank transfer. Your complete bank details would be required to process the request.

In case of products that were paid through credit/debit card, the refund amount will be transferred to the card holder account.
